Ordering Information
After you have chosen your Seedlings, or one or more of our Grower's Specials, we have many ways to help you complete your order. You may order online with our Online Order Form. You may also Mail, FAX or Phone in your order using our Printable Order Form. Keep in mind that some of our Seedlings are available in limited quantities and we ship on a first come, first served basis.

Fill out the Online Order Form completely with your choice of all those great Seedlings and Grower's Choice selections and click on SUBMIT. We will contact you by phone to give you the availability, shipping and total cost, to receive your credit card information and to give you a shipping date. We require payment before we ship. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will not be processed until the day before shipping.
Local Orchid Lovers. We recommend that local buyers also use the Online Order Form. We will call you with a final cost and arrange for your date of pickup at the Orchid Trail Sales House. The difference here is, of course, NO cost of shipping.
Mail and Fax. Send the form to your printer, fill in all the blanks and Mail or Fax in your Seedling and Grower's Choice selections. You may fill in your credit card information when you Mail or Fax or wait until we call you with availability and shipping information. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will not be processed until the day before shipping.
Phone. If you are planning to Phone in your Seedling and Grower's Choice selections, we recommend that you print this form and fill in all the blanks before you call. This will make it easier on you and our Orchid Trail personnel when you have to give them all the information. You may get our answering machine when you call, please have patience, we will call you back as soon as we can.

Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard
Packing, Handling and Shipping charges:
- Packages normally sent Post Office Priority Mail. (Federal Express, extra)
- Orders less than $200, add 20% of Plant Total ($15.00 minimum) for packing, handling and shipping.
- Orders over $200. add 5% of Plant Total for packing and handling charges. Actual postage or Fed Ex charges will be billed or charged separately.
- Do not include Grower's Specials as part of Plant Total. Grower's Special's price includes postage.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous United States with the exception of Arizona. We do not ship to Arizona, Alaska or Hawaii.
- NC Residents must add 7% Sales Tax. 7% of total of product and shipping charges
